Ordering Questions
How Much Does It Cost?
Package pricing varies based on the services selected, the size of the property, and any additional features included. No matter the project, we maintain the same high standard of quality for every listing. For more details on our services and pricing, please reach out to our team.
How Far Ahead Do I Need to Book
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee availability. That said, we can accommodate last-minute bookings whenever our schedule permits.
Changing / Cancelling a Booking
To change or cancel a booking, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot may be subject to a fee.
Turnover Time
Our standard turnaround for photography and video is 24–48 hours. For more complex services, such as 3D tours or virtual staging, please allow up to 72 hours for delivery.
How Do I Get Billed?
An invoice will be sent after your shoot is completed, with payment due within 7 days of receipt. We accept both credit card and bank transfer payments.
Production Questions
What if the Weather is Bad?
Based locally in Miami, we closely monitor weather conditions before confirming each shoot. If the weather is not suitable, we will contact you to reschedule. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us within 24 hours of your scheduled shoot to discuss changing the date.
How Should I Prepare the Property?
We provide a pre-shoot checklist to help you get your property ready for the photoshoot. This includes tips such as decluttering, cleaning surfaces, and optimizing lighting. Proper preparation ensures your property looks its absolute best in every shot.
What if the Property Owners are Home?
If property owners or tenants will be present during the shoot, it’s helpful to notify them of the scheduled time. We recommend keeping the space tidy and as clear as possible, though our team can accommodate people in the space if necessary.
Making Changes to Videos
We provide basic video edits upon request, including trimming and adjusting transitions. More advanced edits may incur additional fees.

Who Owns The Final Copy?
Clients retain full ownership of all final images, videos, and other media we produce. You are free to use this content for marketing and promotional purposes as you wish.
